The board hereby invites you to the annual general meeting in accordance with Section 9 of our articles of association.

The meeting will take place on Friday, 26th of November at 6 pm in the gym where we rehearse in Manteuffelstraße 79, 10999 Berlin.

• Activity report of the technical team
• Financial report 2020/21
• Approval of the board activity
• Presentation of candidatures for the board incl. tècnica 2021/22

We would like to remind you that, according to our statutes, those with voting rights are those who have no backlog of contributions and whose participation has been known to the Board in the last 3 months. Due to the recent pandemic situation, we have decided that the participation rule does not apply this year. If parents of minor members themselves are not members, one parent has the right to vote. Absent members may exercise their voting rights through an authorized member. Each member present may be empowered to exercise one ceded vote.
